At Local Convention in June we voted to create a Growth &amp; Diversity Working Group to begin to create a strategy to grow and diversify New Orleans DSA. At this meeting we'll begin to talk about some of the current challenges and begin to plan our strategy.<br><br>We put together a list of short <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c_KaXAcKC1zz6CW6Qsb-B0tr1f_4deE30H_Z3pqW2Gg/edit" id="ow366" __is_owner="true">readings</a> to help drive discussion as well.
