Canvass for Marguerite Green for Agriculture + Forestry Commissioner-
During the month of September, we'll be canvassing several times a week to get out the word about a candidate for Agriculture and Forestry Commissioner, Marguerite Green. Green is a longtime DSA member, a native Louisianan, and a farmer, and she is running on 1) locally grown food, 2) supporting local farmers, 3) fighting climate change, and 4) recreational cannabis (with auto-expungement of cannabis related convictions). Come out and knock some doors for us; no experience is necessary!
