On September 22nd, from 2 PM to 6 PM, the DSA New Orleans Health Care Committee will hold our third health fair + medical debt clinic in the back parking lot of Kitchen Witch Cookbooks. We'll have health screenings, information on health resources, assistance with debt disputes of all kinds, and snacks! Email healthcare@dsaneworleans.org if you're interested in volunteering.

Local Council meetings are open to all DSA members in good standing to attend. Wheelchair accessible.

Congreso (Congress of Day Laborers) is holding a vigil for workers’ justice in Kenner. Folks will gather near the house of an abusive employer who stole wages from workers and called the Kenner police on them when they confronted him.
