During the month of September, we'll be canvassing several times a week to get out the word about a candidate for Agriculture and Forestry Commissioner, <a href="https://www.greenforagriculture.com/">Marguerite Green</a>. Green is a longtime DSA member, a native Louisianan, and a farmer, and she is running on 1) locally grown food, 2) supporting local farmers, 3) fighting climate change, and 4) recreational cannabis (with auto-expungement of cannabis related convictions).
