Before the inaugural <a href="https://collectivepower.network/" id="ow508" __is_owner="true">Collective Power Network (CPN)</a> convening in New Orleans November 8-10, members of the caucus will host a town hall to discuss the nature and purpose of internal caucuses, how New Orleans DSA’s democratically determined membership priorities relate to the CPN platform, and engage  members of the chapter in debate and discussion of  these ideas.&nbsp;
