Trystereo, a local harm reduction collective, is hosting a training for DSA members to learn how to use Narcan. Narcan is an opiate reversal drug that can quickly save someone's life in the event of an overdose. Drug overdoses are now the leading cause of death for Americans under the age of 50, and the opiate epidemic shows few signs of abating. This training can empower you to fight this epidemic on an individual level, and it's also an opportunity to learn about the power and efficacy of harm reduction from the experts.
